Working Principle

When pressure differences between manometers are 1 bar (14), open the valve (6), firstly turn right six tour and then (1) six tour left manually. After that close the valve and check the manometers, if manometers show the same pressure, cleaning process is done.

P.S.: 
The pressure in output must not be lower than 1 bar during the washing.
