Waterlord® is a high quality hose for pumping water out and across mine sites; suitable for many industrial pumping applications when high pressure is required. Reel systems are available for ease of handling.
Waterlord® is manufactured by weaving a textile reinforcement of high-tensile polyester, then encasing and lining it with abrasion-resistant polyurethane. The tough cover protects the hose against damage from most rocks and soils; extra protection is required if used on a rough terrain.
Waterlord® is able to withstand high pressures; can be easily used to pump up high walls from deep inside a mine. Flanges or couplings are available, which can easily connect to existing pipelines.
Mine dewatering is a key activity for many mining contractors. We manufacture the Waterlord® hose which has the ability to remove large volumes of water from a mine quickly and safely. Waterlord® is a heavy-duty and reliable layflat mine dewatering hose constructed by weaving a tight polyester fabric and using TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) thru-the-weave extrusion. It is a continuous length hose that can handle high-working pressure and tough abrasion so is suitable on rugged terrain.
Waterlord® mine dewatering hose is reliable, compact, easy to handle and easy to deploy. Short lengths can be unrolled with little manpower. However, for long runs up mine walls and across pits, hose reel systems are required. These systems are used to rapidly deploy hose so that the water can be pumped out of the pit soon after the rains hit.
The Waterlord® mine dewatering hose comes in a range of diameters, from 40mm (1.5”) up to 305mm (12″), capable of achieving over 500 litres per second!. Each roll is fully tested prior to despatch and is available in continuous length of up to 250m.
All hose is fully manufactured at our Australian factory under stringent quality standards. Each length is individually tested and comes with a 12-month warranty.
